Discover Young Village: Project Overview

Honoring Colonel Charles Young, the first African American to reach the rank of colonel in the U.S. Army. The Village also pays tribute to the families who once called a segregated community home. Learn more about Col. Young on the National Museum of the United States Army website.

The community will include a total of 37 townhome strings, containing 200 three-story attached townhouse-style dwelling units. Homes are three- and four-bedroom configurations with integrated first-floor two-car garages that are EV charger ready and will meet LEED Silver requirements.
