Construction Progress

Exciting progress is underway at The Villages at Belvoir as part of the 2024–2029 Outyear Development Projects. It is proud to continue its tradition of excellence with two new residential communities — Young Village and Woodlawn Village Phase II — designed to enhance the living experience for service members and their families.

Young Village will feature 200 three- and four-bedroom townhomes across 37 buildings, each offering modern design, high-quality finishes, and family-friendly amenities such as green spaces, a centralized playground, and dog parks. Every home includes an integrated two-car garage with EV charger-ready capabilities and is designed to meet LEED Silver standards, supporting both comfort and sustainability.

Woodlawn Village Phase II introduces 13 single-story accessible homes designed with inclusivity in mind. These residences feature open floor plans, barrier-free showers, fenced backyards, and EV-ready garages — all built to LEED Silver standards.
