Building Woodlawn Village Phase II: A Look at Our Progress

Construction activities will soon begin as part of the next phase of ADA adaptable homes being constructed here in Woodlawn Village.

Construction activities are currently scheduled to begin on Monday, 22 June with fencing around the home foundation areas already being installed. Activities are expected to be underway Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM.

While every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience and disruptions, please anticipate temporary impacts including street parking by work vehicles, traffic, noise, material deliveries and occasional access restrictions near the work zone for safety. Our onsite team will implement safety precautions and work diligently to maintain a clean and orderly work area. Please exercise caution when traveling near the construction area and follow all posted signage.

We appreciate your patience as we add new adaptable homes to our community. The project is expected to be substantially complete by the end of 2027, weather and site conditions permitting. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our community.
