The Villages at Belvoir is comprised of new, historic, and traditional housing in 15 distinct Villages.  Two, three, four, and five bedroom homes are available.  All homes offer electric washer/dryer connections, dishwashers, refrigerators and high-speed internet connection.  New homes are ENERGY STAR certified and boast at least three bedrooms and two full baths.  Nine foot ceilings on the first floor, 42″ cabinets, Corian counter tops and ceiling fans.  All homes also feature fiber optic cable to the home.
